Financial Conditions

The registration fee US$ 100 is paid in cash upon arrival. The total fee for local expenses is about 40 - 80 US$ per day (including guesthouse or hotel accommodation & meals). Of course, more expensive hotel accommodation in wide price range (100$- 300$ per night) is also available upon special request.

Transportation

The regular flights to Tbilisi are available from Athens, Frankfurt, Kiev,  Milan, Moscow, Paris, Prague, Teheran, Tel Aviv, Vienna and other cities (see Flights to and from Tbilisi).
There is regular train connection with Baku and Yerevan.

Visa

Participants from most countries would need the entry visa to come to Georgia. If you need visa and there is the Georgian Embassy or General Consulate in the country of your residence, it is advisable to obtain the entry visa in advance. As an alternative, residents of these countries and of those too which are covered by Georgian Diplomatic missions in neighbor countries (see http://www.mfa.gov.ge/missions.html for the list of missions) can obtain visa at the Tbilisi airport for US$ 80. Residents of other countries pay for a visa in Tbilisi airport US$ 40. There exist some special regulations for a few countries, e.g., the residents of Russian Federation usually get a visa in the Georgian Consulate in Moscow.
